Attic Window Workshop with Pam Fereira
Ever wondered how those lovely Attic Windows quilts are made from a panel? Join Pam for this all-inclusive workshop and learn all the tips and tricks you need to complete this lovely quilt top. Learn how to choose fabrics that will set off your panel. Learn how to make the window sills and mitered corners. A kit for this project will be included as well as use of Granary sewing machines and tools for the duration of the workshop.
In this workshop you will learn how to cut your panel. Cut your window sashings. And, learn how to frame at least one section with mitered corners to create the 3-D window panel. You will not complete the quilt top in class, so you will need a sewing machine at home to complete this project.
The kit is included for the quilt top and binding as shown in the photo. You don't need to prepare anything or bring anything to class. All materials, tools, and sewing machine will be provided. So, grab a friend and come and learn a new technique!
