Rope Bowl Workshop with Diane Dalton

Join Diane for an all inclusive session to learn to make rope bowls. You don't need to prepare anything, just show up! In addition to excellent instruction, you will use The Granary's sewing machines and tools and all materials and the required book are included in the class fee.

What a great way to spend an afternoon with friends!

Learn all about making rope bowls at home by make this simple rope bowl. Embellish with fabric strips if you like. You will make one 6" bowl in class. You will have enough rope to take home and practice making more bowls. In addition to simple bowls, the book includes an excellent overview, and many increasingly challenging projects.

You will recieve to take home:
- Zigzag Rope Sewing Projects by Katherine Lile
- 100 ft skein of rope
- Large Mettler 50wt sewing thread
- Pack of Schmetz Jeans weight sewing machine needles
- Clover Hera tool (awl)

The Granary will provide sewing machines and all other tools required for the class.
