Jubilation BOM plus Class with Audrey (or free shipping) - April - November 2026

8-Month BOM

In bright, 100% cotton batiks with a choice of background colors (white, soft yellow, light powder blue).

The Jubilation BOM is a happy explosion of color! It's a great skill-builder. You will begin with one Studio 180 tool and add three tools throughout the 8-month program. If you are new to Studio 180 tools, this BOM is a great way to learn some of the basics. Although this quilt looks like it's set on-point, it isn't - everything is assembled square. The quilt looks compex, but it's really easy to put together.

This is a 8-month program that includes the monthly pattern/fabric kit, and either the monthly Demo class by Audrey on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00-11:30pm (plus the monthly BOM Sunday Sew) OR free shipping within the continental US. Note that the Studio 180 tools required for the BOM are purchased separately. Click into the registration to see what tools are required.

Monthly kits include everything you need to make the quilt top and binding in bright, 100% cotton batiks similar to those shown in the photo. Monthly you will receive a portion of the pattern and fabric to make that month's blocks.

Bag BOM & Class - January - June 2026

6-month Bag BOM Class

This class is for adventurous intermediate quilters and sewists that are very comfortable reading complex patterns and are comfortable with rotary cutting and quilting. You should be able to complete all projects using a good domestic sewing machine (you will need various feet, including a walking foot).

Join Carol on a bag-making adventure! We'll start off easy, exploring multiple techniques and materials for bag making and work our way up to more challenging projects. All materials for each class will be provided as a complete kit for each bag (including interfacings and hardware). There will be several color-ways to choose from. Some projects will come with pre-quilted fabrics to make it easier to make progress in class. Some projects may require you to do some homework in advance to prepare embellished elements. We will work with fabric, cork, faux leather, and vinyl materials, various interfacings and battings, and wide variety of bag hardware. We will use patterns from six different bag designers so that you have exposure to multiple pattern types and pattern-writing styles.

Thameside Ramble BOM plus Class with Audrey (or free shipping) - January - May 2026

This is an intermediate-level project.

This 70” x 70” medallion quilt includes a large Fat Robin 16-Point Round Sunflower with a fussy cut center surrounded by more four flower shaped Fat Robin 16-Point Compass Sunflower blocks. Appliqué faced petals, vines, and leaves have been added to create this soft but stunning quilt. Imagine yourself taking a walk along the Thames and the flora and fauna you might see.

This quilt will be done in the Morris & Co. fabric collection by FreeSpirit Fabrics in colors similar to, but not exactly the same as the pattern cover.

Color Collage BOM Class with Julie and Dianne - January - December 2026
12-month Block of Month with a monthly lesson using your choice of fabrics.

Join Julie and Dianne each month for a lesson on making the pieced and appliqued blocks for this stunning Color Collage BOM quilt by Nancy Rink.  The quilt measures 80" x 95" - you pick your fabrics.There is something for everyone in this multi-technique BOM. As always, the applique is optional. Of course, it looks great in brights, but you can choose pretty pastels, patriotics, Halloween colors, Christmas colors, earth tones - the possibilities are endless!

Two separate shopping days will be set aside in December 2025 and January 2026 for shopping for your fabrics for this BOM with Julie and Dianne (20% discount on fabrics).

Color Collage (80" x 95") is a detailed, full-color pattern created by designer Nancy Rink. The soft cover pattern booklet is full-color with step by step instructions, numerous diagrams and photos. Pattern includes full size applique templates.

Class will be on the first Friday of the month from 3:00-5:00 pm (January class is on Jan 9, July class on July 10).

Love Letter is designed by Sherry Shish of Powered by Quilting and we have chosen batiks from the Midnight Garden collection of Baliscapes by Anthology (colors similar to those in the photo to the right). You may choose your background color from four batiks: gray, iceberg, lavender or white!

This is a 6-month program that includes the monthly pattern/fabric kit, and either the monthly Demo Class with Audrey on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00-11:30pm (plus the monthly BOM Sunday Sew) OR free shipping within the continental US.
