Class Descriptions:

A word about copyrighted material . . . As you know, many of the classes we offen require you to purchase a book or pattern. Since the information contained in those books and patterns is considered “copyrighted” material, it is illegal to photocopy all or any portion thereof particularly to share with a friend to use during a class. The Granary gladly offers all paid students a 10% discount on all class supplies, including books and patterns.  We all want to support the creative efforts of the hard-working designers who develop our favorite quilt patterns and encourage them to continue to publish and create. In order to do that, we must properly compensate them for sharing their ideas with us by purchasing their books and patterns. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration!

Strip Club / Happy Hour
Have you joined us for our “Happy Hour” yet? Also known as “Strip Club,” this Friday afternoon or evening get-together has quickly become one of our most popular clubs! Paula, Jody and Mary Kay are your hostesses and will spend the evening showing you the latest and greatest merchandise in the shop and demonstrating new “stripping” techniques. Each month a specially-coordinated bundle of 2½” PRECUT strips and a strip-friendly surprise pattern will be introduced along with a thorough demonstration of assembly techniques. You’ll provide your own background, accent and/or border fabrics (as necessary depending upon the pattern) so everyone’s quilts will be unique. The fabrics will be revealed the month prior to the meeting so you can decide if you’ll be strippin’ with us at the next meeting. The pattern will remain a secret until the meeting and is always free with your purchase of the fabric bundle. There’s never a cover charge, and we won’t ask to see your I.D.! Join us for “Happy Hour” whichever months you choose for $45. Better yet, when you pre-register for a strip club meeting (on or before the 15th of the month), you will receive a special price of just $35 for your bundle. Two meetings to choose from—afternoon or evening!
Upcoming “Happy Hours”:
Fri. Sept. 26, Oct. 24, Nov. 28, Dec. 26:      2-3:30 OR 6:30-8pm
